Has anyone ever tried painting a wicker chair like this? I admit that I am not convinced that my DIY skills are up to it, so I think I will probably end up playing it safe and going with option 1 - just need to find the perfect fabric...
I haven't painted wicker before but i'm sure that you could pull it off:-). Once re-upholstered, i'm sure it will look fab too! Thanks for stopping by today. XX
ReplyDeleteI love a painted wicker chair...could it be spray painted? I'm always for the easy fix!!
ReplyDeleteI would definitely paint it. I would try spray painting it, but i have never done wicker. I actually have a wicker piece that needs painting as well, i'll let you know how it goes :)
ReplyDeleteI would paint it too either white or grey but it really depends on the look and colours used in your office or the look you want to achieve.
ReplyDeletePainting won't be difficult but best to do outside

Do you follow The Lettered Cottage? She had almost an identical chair that she made over for a project...I think she ended up spray painting it and adding a new cushion too. I say go for it! :)
ReplyDeleteOh ya just spray paint it! I have spray painted wicker a lot and it always turn out great!
ReplyDeleteLuvs!
